Individual Therapy:
$150 per session
Session Length:
50 minutes (e.g. 1:00-1:50PM)
Frequency:
Weekly or biweekly (every other week)
Sliding Scale Rates: Subject to availability
Sessions will be conducted online using a HIPAA-compliant platform. You will receive an electronic invoice from Ivy Pay for credit card payments. Ivy Pay is compatible with credit card, debit card, and HSA/FSA cards.
I am not paneled with insurance, meaning you will pay for sessions out-of-pocket. You can determine eligibility for reimbursements with out-of-network providers by contacting your insurance company. I can provide a superbill at the end of each month that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursements if your plan provides coverage.
I have a limited number of sliding scale rates. Please inquire if finances are a barrier to services to see if lower rates are available.
You will receive a Good Faith Estimate after your first session. This is a document of expected charges for services per the No Surprises Act implemented in 2022.

Location is no longer a barrier. Skip the traffic and engage in services from the comfort and safety of your home. You must be a resident of Washington state to engage in counseling services with me.
